Will Luttrell

Veteran product and technology leader with multiple successful exits and a 30 year track record of building transformative companies. Founder of Integral Ad Science (NASDAQ: IAS) and Amino Payments (acquired by IAS); former executive at The Brandtech Group, where he led technical diligence for acquisitions including Jellyfish, Pencil.ai, and Acorn-i.

Will is a value-add angel investor in high-growth startups such as Leagueside (acquired by TeamSnap), Pipedream, Ad Fontes, Swym.ai, and Symetri, and has advised early investments in The Trade Desk (NASDAQ: TTD) and Innovid (NYSE: CTV).

With four patents in deep technical topics (fraud detection, firewall design, payments tracking, media metrics) and deep expertise across digital media, big data, AI, and SaaS, Will blends technical fluency, strategic insight, and operational discipline. His leadership is grounded in shipping real product, scaling teams, and creative solutions to intractable problems.

Monica Quigg

Monica is a deeply experienced engineering leader with over three decades of full-stack development, team leadership, and product delivery across industries including security, marketing tech, real estate, and health. At Honeycake, she brings the rare combination of startup agility and enterprise discipline—having led teams at scale, delivered complex web applications, and driven innovation from both the frontend and backend.

Before co-founding Honeycake, Monica served in senior roles at The Brandtech Group, Highwater, and CrossFit, where she architected scalable platforms and managed distributed teams. She's fluent in modern AI platforms, cloud-native infrastructure, and secure application development.

With a proven record of building resilient, user-centric products, Monica anchors Honeycake's application architecure—ensuring our security stack is robust, elegant, and enterprise-ready from day one.

Chris Chapman

Chris brings over twenty-five years of technical leadership experience to Honeycake, having served as Founder and Executive at multiple successful startups. His expertise spans from leading local and remote teams of 4 to 50 members across up to 5 geographic regions, to growing companies from single-digit employees to hundreds. Much of his experience is in the ad-tech industry where "four nines" of availability and aggressive response times are table stakes.

Chris has designed and built architectures that served and processed over 12 billion transactions daily, managing traffic rates of hundreds of thousands of transactions per second distributed globally across AWS and data center resources. His experience includes founding and leading engineering at companies like Amino Payments (acquired by Integral Ad Science), Sailthru (acquired by CM Group), and serving as VP of Engineering at Integral Ad Science during their IPO. He has also led Product teams, serving as VP Product for the Programmatic vertical.

Liem Luttrell

Liem is a Software Engineer who consistently delivers work that combines strong technical instincts with practical expertise. With expertise across Python, JavaScript, Rust, and Java, plus strong DevOps and cloud platform capabilities. he brings a problem-solving approach that tackles complex challenges with clarity and efficiency.

Liem's work history includes a stint at media company Good-Loop, where his work earned him an inventor spot on a machine learning patent application. Liem has also worked at cybersecurity firm Human, analyzing web traffic for suspicious activity, and at non-profit Seeds of Fortune, where he made a gamified budget calculator to help underserved communities plan for college. In addition to this work history, Liem has numerous self-motivated projects involving satellite signals, hacker competitions, is the academic liaison of student run project GIDAS, and is CTO of startup Micropantry.

At Honeycake, Liem has made significant contributions by rearchitecting key API and cryptography components, achieving 10x performance improvements that directly enhance our enterprise user experience. He's become a reliable contributor to our mission of making file security effortless and accessible.
